Brake Line Lock Valve – 1/8" NPT Aluminum

The compact hydraulic brake line lock valve allows you to lock a closed brake circuit and is particularly suitable for motorsport, racing, and modified vehicles without a mechanical handbrake.

To operate, first press the brake and then flip the valve lever. This closes the hydraulic brake circuit and maintains the existing brake pressure.

Hydraulic Brake Valve for Motorsport and Vehicle Modifications

The lock valve is a compact solution for custom brake systems in race cars, track tools, and motorsport projects. Thanks to its robust aluminum housing, the valve combines low weight with high pressure resistance.

With four M5 mounting holes, the valve can be securely and easily accessible mounted in the vehicle.

Lock Valve with 1/8" NPT Female Thread

The valve features a 1/8" NPT female thread on both sides. Suitable adapters can be selected separately depending on the brake line or hose system used.

Please note that 1/8" NPT is a tapered pipe thread. Therefore, conventional metric brake line fittings cannot be screwed in directly.

Installation into the brake system should only be carried out by qualified personnel. After installation, the entire brake system must be properly bled and checked for leaks and proper function.

This valve is intended for motorsport and competition vehicles. It does not replace a legally required, independently operating parking brake for public road traffic.
