At Wehran Motorsport, we are regularly on racetracks in and around Germany and are looking for people who would like to support our team. Not just standing on the sidelines, but truly being there – in the pit, at the car, right in the thick of the action. From wrenching to pit stops and driver support, you'll experience everything and be a part of it.
You don't have to be a full-fledged professional, but it will be difficult without any knowledge of cars. You should have a bit of know-how about technology and vehicles. So, just knowing how a car works, not being afraid to get stuck in, and getting your hands dirty sometimes. If you've already experienced a racetrack or attended track days, even better.
But what's almost even more important to us is that you fit in personally. Easy-going, open, no stress – someone who wants to be part of the team. For us, it's not just about the time on the track, but also about the evenings afterward. Good conversations, a relaxed atmosphere, and simply having a good time together.
Your age is irrelevant, as long as you are at least 18 years old.
