Oil Pressure Sensor 1/8 NPT 0–10 bar for Motorsport & Retrofits
Item no.: WM-UNI-029
Oil Pressure Sensor 1/8 NPT 0–10 bar for Motorsport & Retrofits
The oil pressure sensor 1/8 NPT from Wehran Motorsport measures engine oil pressure from 0 to 10 bar. It is ideal for track cars, motorsport applications and retrofits where you want to keep a reliable eye on oil pressure. The yellow zinc-plated housing protects the sensor against corrosion in the engine bay.
Monitor oil pressure in your track car
On track, the oil system is under heavy load from high rpm, strong lateral g-forces and high oil temperatures. A drop in oil pressure can point to a problem with oil supply. With an oil pressure sensor and a matching gauge, you can spot such changes early and react before they turn into costly engine damage.
Universal oil pressure sensor with 1/8 NPT thread
The sensor has a 1/8 NPT thread, a widely used standard for pressure and temperature sensors in motorsport. It screws into a matching 1/8 NPT port in the oil circuit, for example on an adapter or sandwich plate.
0–10 bar measuring range
With a measuring range of 0 to 10 bar, the sensor covers the typical oil pressure range of combustion engines, from idle to full load on track.
Yellow zinc-plated housing for the engine bay
The housing is yellow zinc-plated. This finish reliably protects the sensor against corrosion and helps it withstand engine-bay conditions long-term.
Ideal for retrofits
Many older cars and track cars only have an oil pressure switch from the factory, with no actual oil pressure gauge. With this sensor, you can retrofit oil pressure monitoring and see the real oil pressure instead of just a warning light.
Pairs with the oil temperature sensor
For a complete picture of your oil system, you can combine the oil pressure sensor with our oil and water temperature sensor 1/8 NPT. Both sensors use the same thread.
