Rear brake cooling ducts suitable for BMW E36 – fresh air for your rear brake discs

These rear brake cooling ducts are a pair of air ducts suitable for BMW E36. They channel the airflow from underneath the car directly to the inner face of the rear brake discs, airflow that would otherwise barely reach the rear brakes. The result: less heat build-up and more consistent braking performance, especially on track days and during spirited driving.

Why rear brake cooling makes sense

During hard driving and on track, the front axle takes most of the braking load. Even so, the rear brakes heat up quickly. Additional cooling at the rear axle helps you prevent overheating and keep the brake balance between front and rear stable.

Bolt-on at factory mounting points in approx. 10 minutes

The ducts mount to the original mounting points of the brake line brackets. No complex modifications are required, and the installation is fully reversible without permanent changes to the car. Fitting takes about 10 minutes, and a vehicle lift is not strictly necessary.

Flow-optimised shape, ideal for lowered cars

The flow-optimised shape guides air effectively to the brake discs. The ducts do not protrude excessively below the car, which makes them particularly suitable for lowered setups.

Material: impact-resistant carbon-fibre plastic

The ducts are made from robust, impact-resistant carbon-fibre plastic that withstands stone chips, heat and weather.
